April is also certified as a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming with Advanced Neuro Dynamics and is also trained in Tapping, which is also known as EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). She teaches her clients how to use this wonderful modality and guides them to use tapping to remove blocks, limiting beliefs, and pain from their lives.

Depending on the amount of time you have, you could build it quickly, or it could take you more time. It also depends what you are trying to build.
