Hi, my name’s Lauren Slade Marriot. I just want to mention a few words about the Website Creation Workshop.
I first–I don’t even actually remember how I heard about Christina Hills, but somehow rather, I got involved in a workshop because I thought someday I might need to create a website. And here I am now, I think it’s probably 18 months later, I have created 30 websites. I have a membership site, I have created sales-letter sites. I’ve been able to write my own themes. I’ve been able to go in and change the code and to do things that I never even knew existed, let alone that I’d be able to do. And it all started because of a lady called Christina Hills, and I have to tell you that if you’ve never heard of her, then you’ve been missing out on life because she’s a very special lady. She has an ability to make the most difficult subject simple and easy to understand, and easy to understand in a way that when you begin to do it, you’ll think, “hah, why did I ever think this was difficult? This is the most simplest thing in the world to do.”
One of the things Christina said at the beginning was you should create an Excel spreadsheet so that you’ll be able to record all the websites, and I thought to myself “what a silly thing– why on Earth would I want to do that?” But I have to say, as I just said now, that I have 30 websites and I wish that I had done that because keeping track of who’s where and what URL’s you have and where they’re registered and what are you logins. I really wish I had taken that up. So if your thinking about doing a website, if your thinking about even remotely any time in the future needing one — trust me.
