Not sure how to join one of my GoToWebinar sessions? You’re not alone!

If you’ve been invited to one of my live trainings but aren’t sure how to get on, don’t worry—I’ve made it simple for you.

Start by checking your email for your unique GoToWebinar link—this is what you’ll use to join the session.

To make things even easier, I created a short video that walks you through exactly how to join a webinar using GoToWebinar. And on this page, you’ll also find clear instructions for joining from a browser or using the GoToWebinar app, whether you’re on a computer, tablet, or smartphone.

Option 1: Join the Webinar Using the GoToWebinar App

Watch this quick video on how to attend a GoToWebinar event using the desktop or mobile app:

Once you’re in the GoToWebinar app, please listen in via your computer audio.

Click here to see the webinar features, such as asking a question or zooming in the screen.

Once in the webinar via browser, here’s what to do:

Top right: Open the question box to send messages and ask questions.
Bottom right: Turn on captions.
Zoom options: Zoom in, zoom out, or fit to screen on the right side.
Chat: View replies and comments from our team.

Alternate Browser Instructions

If the method above of joining a GoToWebinar via your browser doesn’t work, here is an alternate way you can do that.

Use Chrome or Edge with the latest version.
Register for the webinar and find your confirmation email.
Right-click the join link, choose “copy link address”.
Paste it into your browser and add ?clientType=html5 at the end.

You’ll land on a preview screen to select your audio.
