A little background for you: My wife, Maida, had a private practice as a marriage counselor, and I was an engineer in the pharmaceutical industry. When Maida’s mother passed away and we were cleaning out her estate, we found that she had many beautiful, valuable items and knick-knacks, but not to our taste. eBay had just recently launched its business and its website. We were both still working in our professions, but decided it might be fun to try and sell these items on eBay. We sold everything, and It was great fun! We retired a few years later and decided to start an official eBay business.

A few years after we started the business, I saw an ad for Christina Hills Website Creation Workshop, using WordPress. We were considering a Blog to drive traffic to our eBay Store, but didn’t know where to start.

After doing a little online research and reading some testimonials, this sounded like a perfect way to get trained and build a WordPress blog that would be functional by the end of the class. I must say, it worked out just like I imagined. A great byproduct of building it yourself in WordPress is that you have the training to modify it as you grow and your needs change. Also, another great feature was the ability to just jump in (at a sizable discount) and take the course again, if you needed a refresher and to add new features. And, by the way, we think our blog has been very successful in driving buyers to our eBay Store.

I can’t say enough about the quality of the instruction and the support staff, who were always available to help you out when you got stuck and needed a little extra attention. I give Christina and her staff the highest marks possible for taking what sounds like a complex subject, and presenting and teaching it so anyone can build a WordPress blog.
